Hi , I have recently bought a dual pack of hp 303xl ink cartridges from you

The printer now keeps giving me a message when turned on that the tri-colour cartridge as a fault and needs removing and re-installing. When I take it out and put it straight back in the printer then works fine until the next time I turn it on. Can you help

- Due to the to extremely high sales impacted by home and school workings cartridges and printer sales have gone through the roof.Unfortunately we have been advised that we are not able to get these cartridges in till at least Mid July
