Own brand inks, unavailable! When are you going to sort this!

Customers want your own brand as they feel ripped off by the main companies. Opportunistic, rip off merchants. Customers come to you for cheaper, reasonably priced alternatives. No product? dreadful business practise. Blame the Hooties? instead of adapting your business practices. Customers don’t care they seek alternatives and change loyalties. When are going to get this sorted? Please surprise me with a reply.
- We have only recently run out of stock of Canon imagePROGRAF Pro 1000 Ink Cartridges and orders are in place to replenish stock as soon as possible.
  
  We work hard to maintain stock levels but on occasion some products can prove more difficult to source.
