An urban myth seems to be that using a compatible cartridge in your printer voids the warranty, this is not the case! Should your printer be damaged as a direct result of the cartridges (original or compatible) supplied to you by The Cartridge People, we will either replace or repair your printer free of charge.

Should, for any reason, you are not completely happy with the items purchased or supplied by us we will replace or refund the items. If you need to exchange any items that you have purchased from The Cartridge People, we will gladly do this within the first 30days. The items must be in their unopened packaging & be in a resalable condition.
