Printer toner OEM vs own brand

Due to a bad experience using an own brand printer cartridge in the past (I hasten to add, it wasn't one from Cartridge People!), I always opt for OEM products. The cost is significantly more than the own brand product but after the bad experience many years ago (and the tremendous disruption it caused to my business), it's a financial hit that I am willing to take. Cartridge people deliver my orders on time, or more often than not, earlier than the stated delivery date too! Awesome!
