Ink replacement

Needed ink A.S.A.P. to enable production of an important document. Cartridge People came to the rescue by delivering next day the ink required. Not only that gave an alternative, much cheaper option, for future orders - excellent service!

Great product - terrible delivery service

Nothing wrong with the product - we’ve used all of this before - but Cartridge People use DPD for deliveries and DPD service in this area is abysmal. Tracking showed a driver got within 100 yards of our house then turned around and went away. Another DPD driver was given the same package in the next working day and did deliver it. If Cartridge People use DPD I will use a different company for my next order of cartridges.

Expensive but better than the alternative

I reluctantly bought these because the Cartridge People own brand' ones messed up my printers. I had 2 2 printers on the go at work and both stopped working because they wouldn't recognise the own brand cartridges and then stopped recognising the odd Epson ones that were in tehere with them. I had to throw away two full sets of ink to replace them with Epson originals. Which are working fine
