Terrible experience

Bought these as a replacement for the Cartridge People own brand cartridges that had a consumable error and would t work on my machine. Had to send the own brands back (which never arrived) and had to chase for the credit to buy these genuine ones. The result - these dont work either and I’m now in the OKI warranty process awaiting for more new parts for an expensive machine that I purchased just over a year ago from the Cartridge People that has NEVER worked since it arrived. It’s had more new parts than you’d ever believe and it still doesn’t print. Aweful Experience. I tried and tried with this company but sadly it’s all talk no action. Be very careful.
