I was a very shy child, I sustained an injury on my hand and leg when I was very young which made me highly conscious of showing them. I always wore long sleeves and long socks. The black and white photo is in my grandparents back garden where I spent many many years, nurturing the garden&#8230; Now retired myself these photos give me great joy, showing my grandchildren who cannot believe I was a little girl once!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcf8 Some of Our Favourite School Memories<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From first days to favourite school friends, we&#8217;ve loved seeing the memories shared throughout the competition. It was a proper old fashioned desk with an integrated fold-down wooden seat and my favourite in my entire school life. It must have been at least 60 years old at that time. I was about 4 years old here. I remember that my mum had to come with me every day and stay with me as my anxiety was so bad, that when&nbsp;i&nbsp;eventually went to primary school, I&nbsp;balled&nbsp;my eyes out as she left me with my teacher. But from then&nbsp;on&nbsp;I went into school no problem. That was at&nbsp;Mossgiel&nbsp;Primary school in Dundee,&nbsp;it\u2019s&nbsp;no longer there now, it was torn down and houses have been built. Another funny story from school time, is my primary 4 teacher, it was her&nbsp;first year&nbsp;teaching, and now 30 years later she is also&nbsp;teaching&nbsp;my daughter this&nbsp;up coming&nbsp;year.
