We do this by analysing retailers directly and where they appear via Google Shopping and price comparison websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the unlikely event you need to take us up on our Price Promise, simply email <a href=\"mailto:customerservice@cartridgepeople.com\">customerservice@cartridgepeople.com<\/a> with the following details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name and Telephone Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product code of the item you&#8217;ve found cheaper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The website address of the product page on the competitor&#8217;s website where the item is cheaper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If claiming against a lower price instore, details of where the item can be found cheaper and supporting evidence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please Note: This only applies to original (OEM) products and not any Own Brand or compatible alternatives.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product offered by another retailer must be exactly the same brand, model and specification that we are selling. Compatible ink and toner products are excluded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only applies to products that are in stock, available for delivery, sold in the UK and have VAT included.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excludes items which are offered as part of: a clearance, special promotion or discount, including through a retailer-specific voucher or volume purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The cost of the product and delivery from another retailer must be cheaper than our product and delivery price to qualify.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices must be visible to everybody, not just a subset of customers.
