However, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you\u2019re entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you decide you no longer want the items you&#8217;ve purchased from us for any reason, we will still allow you to send them back for a credit\/full refund within <strong>30 days of purchase<\/strong>.<br><br><strong>Printers and multi-function printer devices are excluded from this extended 30-day returns policy. Unwanted printers may only be returned within 14 days of receipt and must comply with the printer-specific conditions detailed below<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to this, we will accept Cartridge People Own Brand Products back for <strong>12 months<\/strong> from purchase date for a Credit onto your Cartridge People Account. In all cases you must contact our Customer Service team before returning any items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Printers &amp; Multi-Function Printer Devices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Printers are not sold on a trial basis and customers should carefully check specifications, compatibility and suitability before ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you wish to return a printer because you have changed your mind, you must contact our Customer Service team within <strong>14 days of receiving the printer<\/strong> and obtain return authorisation before sending any item back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before approving a return, we may request photographs showing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the printer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any installed ink or toner cartridges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accessories and cables;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>internal packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>external packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and any areas of damage or wear.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A printer returned because it is incompatible with a customer&#8217;s existing equipment, operating system, network environment or intended use will be treated as an unwanted return unless the product is faulty or not as described.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All items returned must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The items must be unused and be sent back in a resaleable condition, complete with all accessories and in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items can only be inspected in the same manner as you would in a shop and therefore all seals, vacuum packaging and dustproof packaging need to be fully intact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items also need to be undamaged and returned to us in suitable packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note, we will make a deduction to the amount refunded, up to 100%, if items do not meet the criteria above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For printers, reductions may apply where:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ink or toner cartridges have been installed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>protective materials have been removed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the printer has been configured, activated or used beyond reasonable inspection;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>packaging is damaged, incomplete or missing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accessories, manuals or components are missing; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the printer otherwise shows signs of use, wear or damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any reduction may be up to <strong>100% of the purchase price<\/strong> where the printer is no longer suitable for resale or has no residual commercial value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a returned printer is assessed as having no residual commercial value, we reserve the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>return the printer to you at your expense; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dispose of the printer on your behalf following notification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any decision will be based on the condition of the goods when received and the extent to which their value has been diminished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need to return an unwanted item(s), please use our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cartridgepeople.com\/info\/contact-us\">contact form<\/a> to let us know and we\u2019ll advise you on what to do next. <strong>Please do not send goods back to us without contacting us first.<\/strong> You will be responsible for the return carriage charges to get the goods back to us. Items will be inspected upon return and refunds will be processed as soon as possible or within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please be aware that we won\u2019t accept the return of any food items if they become unsealed after delivery, except in circumstances where a fault has been discovered that could not have been identified without unsealing the product(s). This is due to health protection and hygiene reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quality Issues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you experience an issue with the quality of the products that you\u2019ve bought from us, please contact our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cartridgepeople.com\/info\/contact-us\">Customer Service<\/a> team and we\u2019ll work tirelessly to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
