Through our new Rating & Review section we'd like you to do just that! We'd like to encourage you to rate the products that we supply using the scheme of 1 to 5 stars. This not only lets us know what you think, we post the positive and negative reviews, so other customers can make a truly informed decision about what cartridges are best for their printing circumstances.
As well as rating a product you can review them in detail as well. What better recommendation for a product than from an end user of that product! Would you recommend that product to your friends? We want to hear it all!

Ask & Answer
There is also the opportunity for you to ask a question about a product too. Our Customer Service department will do its best to give you a comprehensive answer - but we don't limit answering to our Customer Service Team - Other visitors to our web site can answer questions and share their knowledge and expertise. If there's a question that's been asked by another customer and you can answer it - we ask you to share your knowledge and experiences.
Its a similar process to rating a product, all you need to do is:
