10 Day Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The 10 day giveaway event is running from 16th July 2012 to 25th July 2012 11:59pm (Ten days).
2. During the period that the Giveaway event is running, all customers who spend over £20 at CartridgePeople.com are eligible to receive a free gift.
3. One customer per day, during the 10 day giveaway event, will be given a Star gift in addition to their free gift.
4. There are a total of ten Star Gifts for the ten day Birthday event. One will be allocated per day.
5. Star gifts are limited to one per household where a customer spends over £20 at CartridgePeople.com.
6. There is no separate cost for a gift as products purchased are the same price whether or not a gift is added.
7. The star gift is in addition to a regular free gift.
8. Star gifts will be delivered separately to your main order.
9. We will attempt to contact Star Gift recipients by phone / e-mail on the day after their order. Friday, Saturday and Sunday's Star Gift recipients will be contacted on the Monday.
10. One Star Gift recipient will be selected at random per day, from the customers who spent over £20 on the previous day, and if Star Gift recipient consents, we will publish the first initial and surname of the recipient of the Star Gift winner once they can be contacted. Friday, Saturday and Sunday's Star Gift recipients will be published on the Monday.
11. If the winner of the daily star prize can not be contacted within 7 days after they have placed their order then CartridgePeople.com reserves the right to draw another winner from the eligible entries.
12. During the period that the Giveaway event is running, all customers who spend over £30 at CartridgePeople.com will also be entered into a prize draw for a holiday trip to Dubai.
13. The holiday prize to Dubai is for 2 people staying for 5 nights at the five-star Movenpick Hotel, Ibn Battuta Gate in Dubai in a Superior Room, on a Bed & Breakfast basis.
14. The holiday prize to Dubai includes return flights to Dubai in economy class, as well as transfers to the hotel, and the entire party must travel together on the same flight to and from the same departure airport.
15. The winner of the holiday prize to Dubai is responsible for arranging their own valid passports, travel insurance and any necessary visa or health requirements.
16. The draw for the holiday prize to Dubai will be made on Thursday 26th July 2012 at random from the customers who spent over £30 during the 10 Day Giveaway period. The winner will be contacted shortly after.
17. The winner of the holiday prize draw to Dubai can be the only redeemer of the prize. The prize must not be sold onto a third party, and if this occurs, the prize will be void.
18. All orders over £30 during the 10 day giveaway period will be eligible meaning that if you have placed multiple orders over £30 during the 10 day giveaway, you will have multiple entries into the holiday prize draw to Dubai.

20. CartridgePeople.com will pass the winner's details to Destinology Ltd to arrange the trip. CartridgePeople.com are not responsible for arranging the holiday prize.
21. The winner of the holiday prize to Dubai will have the option of flying from selected London airports and Manchester airport.
22. The holiday prize to Dubai excludes spending money, transfers to and from the airport in the UK and any meals, drinks, gratuities and any incidental expenses incurred while on holiday other than those stated as included.
23. The winner of the holiday prize to Dubai must travel before the 15th September 2013 although the holiday prize is unavailable between the dates of 15th December 2012 - 8th January 2013. If the winner has not travelled before the15th September 2013 then the prize becomes void.
24. Whilst the utmost will be done to ensure the winner of the holiday prize to Dubai can travel on the dates of their choosing, because of the ever changing availability of flights and hotel rooms, no guarantees can be made.
25. If the winners of the daily star prizes or the winner of the holiday prize to Dubai cannot be contacted within 7 days after the draw is made then CartridgePeople.com reserves the right to draw another winner from the eligible entries.
26. CartridgePeople.com accepts no responsibility for the failure in the prize draw entry system due to unforeseen technical issues.
27. CartridgePeople.com will not be held liable for any failure to fulfill the daily star gift prizes or the holiday prize to Dubai where the failure is caused by something outside our reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, volcanic eruptions, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
28. No cash alternative can be substituted for a Star Gift or the holiday prize to Dubai.
29. Once tickets are issued to the winner of the holiday prize to Dubai, no date changes are permitted.
30. Entries in to the prize draws by employees of CartridgePeople.com and employees of suppliers to CartridgePeople.com will be rejected and deemed as ineligible for entry.
31. The Directors of Cartridge People (Group) Ltd may halt the Giveaway event at any time.
32. In all matters, the Directors of Cartridge People (Group) Ltd decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
33. Gifts are given at the discretion of the Directors of Cartridge People (Group) Ltd and may be withdrawn at any time.
