- In the unlikely event of a technical problem, dispatch a replacement with a 'free post' returns envelope to minimise disruption to you

Unwanted / Items Purchased in Error
We will happily exchange, or offer to repurchase from you, items bought in error within 30 days of purchase. All we ask is that the items were bought from Cartridge People and are returned in their original unopened packaging in a resalable condition.

We recommend that you ask your post office for a Certificate of Posting as Royal Mail will not accept liability for lost items without this.
As part of our no quibble guarantee, please note that under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to a "cooling off period". You are entitled to cancel your order fourteen working days from the day after you receive your goods, for any reason. The regulations state that we must return your money within 30 days. It is our policy that all monies will be returned within 3 working days of cancellation. We will request the return of the goods within a reasonable timescale agreed with each customer. To cancel an order or request that we repurchase the goods from you, please contact our Customer Service team.
