Wrong cartridge originally sent out but sorted quickly

I received the wrong toner cartridge which had mistakenly been packed into the ‘correct’ cartridge box. Contacted customer services and once team member Stephen had all the necessary information and details, he was able to organise the correct toner cartridge to be sent out to me so I could carry on using the printer

Very noisy

New cartridge is seriously noisy. There seems to be something wrong with the cogs. It is working and I need it for urgent printing.
