Pros: good value quality good price good to dells own

Cons: no real neg points

I had to send a colour and black ink cartridge back as they were faulty.I have had these cartridges before and never had a problem with them. Phoned to explain what the problem was straight away I was told they would send new ones out to me, they came in a couple of days. I sent the other back in the free post packet that they sent. I would say that is GOOD if not EXCELLENT service. By the way the new ones WORK A TREAT. I would recomend them all the time.

Pros: good value all in one

Cons: dell ink isses and price

The Dell 922 All in One Printer is a good general use machine with easy set up and usage. However like all Dell Printers the ink is expensive in the region of £22+ for Black and £25 for Colour for 350 pages. If you are printing a lot this isn't the one for you.
A major fault with this printer is that Dell Inks have software issues so while you can refill and use remanufactured inks the software will after time not work, and you will have to go back to Dell products.

Cons: they fit but don't work

The cartridges said they were compatable with my printer but they don't work and I've since had to go out and buy more. I work for a charity so this is money we cannot afford to waste!
