How do I reset the ink counter?

A pop-up screen appears when first switched on saying the ink absorber is nearly full. There is no service station for it near here
- The purpose of the waste ink absorber is to safely collect any waste ink expelled during cleaning of the print head and borderless printing on photo printers.
  
  Over time, this waste ink absorber can become full, but it can be replaced. The replacement of the waste ink absorber needs to be completed by a Canon authorised repair centre, to prevent ink leakage, which can cause damage to the printer.
  
  I'm not certain how much it will be to replace the absorber or whether it is worth replacing it as it may be more expensive than buying a new printer, but it is something you could look into?

When it comes to photo printing, the Canon Pixma MG6250 will be ideal for enthusiasts who appreciate the high performance that can be achieved with the help of a 9600dpi print resolution.

As a result of Canon’s class leading FINE printhead technology, stunning lab quality photo prints can be enjoyed. A 10 x 15xm borderless print can be produced in as little as 20 seconds. Elsewhere, there are print speeds of 12.5ipm for mono and 9.3ipm for colour.

Thanks to in-built Wi-Fi, users will be able to print from or scan directly to anywhere in the home. This can be achieved with the help of the Easy-PhotoPrint App. Additional Apple AirPrint support is provided to print for iPad and iPhone.
